NightOwl is the first Hackerspace/Arts and Technology Incubator in [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dumaguete|Dumaguete City]], [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philippines|The Philippines]]. Our project utilizes technology and art to grow and contribute to the community which includes the conservation of our marine resources. NightOwl is hosted at and supported by [[https://www.facebook.com/foundationU.eduPHL/|Foundation University]].

Our members are from all walks of life; Filipino, foreign, students from different universities, professionals as well as volunteers. All of us want to build cool stuff and learn from each other in the process. We think this is the best and most fun way to learn.

At the moment NightOwl is hosted at two spaces. One is the [[projects:spaces:boatlab|Boatlab]] at Banilad, Dumaguete, being our floating hackerspace. The other one is our [[projects:spaces:fu|main space]] hosted on campus at Foundation University. Most weekdays we are around the main lab and we are **open to anyone interested on Wednesday late afternoon and evening**.
